Positive psychology informed workshops for stronger stakeholder engagement, collaboration and organisational change.
I help people explore complex relationship challenges, understand different perspectives and find more constructive ways forward.
The challenge
Even well-intentioned change can create friction when people feel their experience, priorities or autonomy aren't being understood.
The way forward isn't always another policy or a better presentation. Sometimes it's a better conversation: one that makes room for different perspectives, builds on existing strengths and helps people find shared purpose.
My work creates space for those conversations — with curiosity, warmth and a practical focus on what could work better.

A little about me
I'm Abbie. I'm fascinated by people, relationships and what becomes possible when we're willing to look at a challenge differently.
My background brings together psychology, strategic leadership and more than 20 years of experience in relationship building and transformation roles. That means I care about both the human side of change and the practical realities organisations have to navigate.
I bring curiosity, warmth and a grounded, non-judgemental approach to my work. I'm not here to give you all of the answers answers; I'm here to create the conditions and ask questions questions to help you become clearer in your thinking and help you develop your next steps.
My approach
Make space to listen. Understand what matters to the people involved before jumping to solutions.
Look for strengths. Notice what's already working and where there may be room to build.
Find a useful next step. Turn new perspectives into practical possibilities that fit your context.
Start a conversation
Every organisation is different. Tell me a little about what you're facing and we can explore whether a workshop, consultancy or coaching might be helpful.
No hard sell — just an initial conversation to understand what you need.
Let's find a way forward.
